“There was something magical about the reciprocity and connecting with deep stillness together.”

Next gathering: Friday, March 14th

Theme: Intentional Practice

When you hear the word “practice,” you might picture preparation for a performance or honing a skill. But there are other types of practice—for example, a doctor who practices a certain type of medicine, or a yogi who leads a regular meditation practice.

We’ve all heard the phrase, “You are what you eat”—but we believe it’s even more true that “You are what you practice.” By that we mean, if you practice gratitude, you become grateful. Practice joy and you become joyful. Practice mindfulness, and mindfulness becomes a way of being.

Join our community in the shared practice of awakening spiritual intelligence. Together, we’ll explore what inspires us, what holds us back, and how intentional practice can help us discover our deepest desires. Practice makes perfect!

“I feel a sense of expansion to carry me into the rest of my day.”

“I realized what I had been leaving out – what had been missing – and the lightness which I believe is more my true nature. Less gravity, more levity.”

“I gained clarity on manifesting my desire”
